Recipe: Uqume Smudge Stick

Ingredients: Dried Uqume leaves, Dried sage or cedar leaves, String or twine

Instructions:

  • 1. Combine Herbs: Mix the dried Uqume leaves with dried sage or cedar leaves.
  • 2. Create a Bundle: Gather the herb mixture and tightly bind it together withstring or twine.
  • 3. Light and Smudge: Light one end of the smudge stick and allow the flame tocatch. Once it's lit, gently blow out the flame to create smoke. Waft the smokearound your space to cleanse and purify the energy.
